Standard Sizes TOP

If you need help with figuring out a size for your pup, just email us! Custom sizes are always available for growing puppies, who might be "between" sizes. Just choose the "Custom Size" option when choosing your design and put your pup's neck size in the "Comments" section at purchase.

Our standard sizes are:

XSmall: 8-12 inch neck

Small: 10-15 inch neck

Medium: 14-21 inch neck

Large: 17-25 inch neck

XLarge: 25-36 inch neck

All sizes are available in 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, and 1.5 inch widths

Collar Construction TOP

All items are backed by heavy-duty nylon webbing that is super-strong, while still being comfy against your dog's skin. Buckles are contoured and available in black and colored acetal or silver metal. Sliders available to match buckles. D-rings are welded and strong. Sewing is triple stitched at all stress points.

We are extreme perfectionists when it comes to sewing your collar because I have had metal hardware on commercial collars break in the past when walking my own dogs. That is why we only use heavy-gauge D-rings on all of our collars and harnesses and cast-iron slides on our martingales. We double check all stitching to make sure it is secure. In the rare case you may find a defect in your order, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost.

We offer a guarantee on all hardware and stitching of your item for up to a year from purchase date. Does not include normal wear and tear, excessive chewing or damage from rough play.

Order Timeline TOP

Due to each item being custom made after purchase, orders generally take 3-12 business days to complete and ship. If we can get it out before then, we definitely will!

If you paid via Paypal, a tracking number will be sent via email when we print your shipping label.

Shipping Information TOP

Our shipping charges are through USPS First Class mail, up to 13 ounces. All larger orders ship USPS Priority mail. Domestic shipping charges are as follows:

1st item: $1.99

Each additional item: +$.75

We do ship internationally via First Class Mail International. Please note that international mail can take 2-5 weeks to arrive.

1st item: $4.99

Each additional item: $1.99

Are your collars machine washable? TOP

Yes. Just remove tags, place in a pillowcase or lingerie bag, and wash on delicate. Lay flat to dry. They can also be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher.

Return/Exchange Policy TOP

Returns and exchanges due to size are accepted on regular-price items up to 10 days from receipt so long as item is in new condition. If item is shown to be worn, refund is null and void. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

Due to international shipping costs, we regret we cannot accept returns/exchanges on international orders.

There are no returns on monogram orders, unless it is an error on our part. Please make sure the color is what you want and the size is correct.
