About 3 Pooches
3 Pooches was initially sprung as a dog daycare and retail shop in NC by Ann and Whitney Long. The daycare was named in honor of Ann's Pug, Bogie; her Shih Tzu, Lilo; and Whitney's Australian Kelpie/Corgi cross, Jinx.

Bogie Lilo Jinx
Whitney started designing collars under the "3 Pooches" umbrella in 2008 when she started spending too much money buying Jinx new collars every month. Jinx is a true alpha female and with her broad chest and loud mouth, many people mistakenly assume she is a male. Now that she has a closet full of fashion-forward collars, everyone knows she's a female.

Wrigley, modeling
Four years later, there is a 4th Pooch (3-yr-old lab, Wrigley, a regular model for 3 Pooches), Ann has joined in with the designing and sewing of all the 3 Pooches Unique Doggie Goods products, and they're still running the "other" 3 Pooches, a pet sitting/dog walking/dog adventures business in Greensboro/Winston Salem, NC.
Being a professional dog walker has helped Whitney design and create new items that help with daily dog walks, such as the No-Pull Dual Walker Harness, which she now uses with several of their clients.
As for the Pooches, Bogie and Wrigley are in on the designing - Bogie can usually be found perched on the couch right beside Ann's machine, while Wrigley is usually underfoot at Whitney's and he has a terrible habit of lying full-out on the tissue paper when Whitney is packaging orders.
Jinx and Lilo prefer to stay in the background and just reap the rewards of having cool collars all the time to show off to their doggie friends.
