My dog has an "in-between" size - can you make a custom size for him?

Of course! Custom sizing is always available for dogs that are growing puppies or on the beginning or tail-end of our standard adjustable ranges. Just contact us if this is the case for your pup.

What are your collars made out of?

Our collars have high-tensile strength nylon webbing as the core, which has durability and strength, while also being comfortable against your pet's skin. The top layer is either fabric or ribbon sewn to the webbing using industrial sewing machines. Buckles are contoured and are top-quality brands. D-rings are welded and heavy gauge and our martingale slides are cast-iron nickel.

We offer a guarantee on all hardware up to a year from purchase date. Collar must be sent back to us for replacement of affected hardware part with buyer paying all shipping costs. Guarantee does not include tie-out use, excessive chewing, or rough play with other dogs. If affected hardware part is shown to be chewed or broken from tie-out use, no replacement is offered. Does not include the fabric or ribbon applied to the webbing. Please be sure and read the Collar Care card included with your shipment with tips on how to keep your collar looking its best.

How long will it take my order to ship?

UPDATE DECEMBER 2017: We will only be doing limited shipments throughout the month of December due to taking some time off. There will be NO rush orders and shipping can take 3-4 weeks from purchase date. The ONLY orders that ship quickly will be Ready to Ship collars and that is only if they are purchased separately. If they are purchased with a made-to-order item, they will ship in the timeline indicated for made-to-order items.

Are your items machine washable?

Yes, you can wash our collars several ways. By hand, with a mild non-abrasive soap. On delicate in the washing machine with cold water in a lingerie bag or pillowcase. Lay flat to dry, towel dry any metal parts.

Dog bed duvet covers can be washed on delicate in the washing machine with cold water and tumble dry on low heat.

I have a rescue. Will you donate some free items for an event?

With the amount of requests we receive, we do have to limit our donations to rescues in our home state of North Carolina. We would love to be able to donate to everyone, but we are a small company with limited funds.

What is your return policy?

You can view our full return/exchange policy here: Return/Exchange Policy. Please note there are exceptions to the policy, so please make sure you are ordering the SIZE AND WIDTH that you want. Some items are not able to be exchanged, so it is essential you check over your order. If you have ANY questions on widths and what is appropriate for your size pup, just ASK us! We're more than happy to give recommendations.
