Since each item is custom-made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit for collars only in the event you order an incorrect size. If you request any customizations on any collar that is different from the standard (shown in the main listing photo for each design), the collar cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns are accepted up to 10 days from receipt of order and items must be in new, unworn condition. All return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you are unsure which size to order, just contact us before purchase. In the event we send an incorrect size, please contact us immediately so we can send a replacement.
We do not accept exchanges or offer store credit for the following sizes: XSmall 1 inch or wider, Small 1 inch or wider, Medium 5/8 inch, or Large 3/4 inch. These are not "standard" sizes and are always custom items only.
Since each item is custom-made to order, we regret we cannot accept exchanges for harnesses, leashes, or prong collar covers. Please contact us if you are unsure which size may be best for your pup.
If item is shown to be worn, exchange offer is null and void.

Please make sure the color and font are what you want. If you are unsure what color monogram or font will look best on your design choice, ask us. We are happy to provide digitized samples of any color or font at no charge. Physical samples are also available for a small fee.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us and if we are able to adjust the size on your personalized collar to better fit your pup, we certainly can. An adjustment fee of $5 will apply, plus return shipping cost. Some collars may be unable to be adjusted, so again, ordering the correct size is essential for personalized items.
